Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, including half-term times.

You should be using your school/work email at all times while contacting us, unless your request regarding accessibility issue to your account. Otherwise, any requests from unknown personal or organizational emails will be ignored. 


For daily requests, you should be using portal or email to submit a ticket.

For any teaching spaces or urgent queries, please contact us via a phone and we shall log a ticket on your behalf.
