Office 365 (Outlook) Instructions

  • On your computer, open Outlook, then navigate to calendars.
  • On the left, find the calendar that you would like to share and click the three dots.    


  • Click sharing and permissions
  • Enter the email of the person you would like to share the calendar with, then press enter, or click their name in the dropdown list.


  • Finally, select the visibility level you would like them to have access to, then click share.
