We are using a few remote support tools:
- QuickAssist by Microsoft
- It is an inbuilt remote support tool in every Windows computer. Should be already installed and accessed from the search bar/task bar.

- Zoho Assist
- It is a 3rd party tool which has more functionaility and allows us to connect to Windows, macOS and mobile devices to provide quick and efficient resolution for you.
