Broadband 4 displays the error message 'Access to this website is denied'.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue;
1. Keep the Broadband 4 Webfilter page open.
2. Scroll down and click 'Login'.
3. You will see two fields appear, please enter your school domain login credentials.
4. Enter your Username at the top & your password below.
5. Once complete, click 'Login'.
The page should refresh, Please open a new tab and retry loading the website URL.
If you are still unable to view the website please restart your computer and then contact Springwell IT, if still experiencing an issue.
