Microphones

  •  Slide the switch to the on-position
  • Once the LED flashes or lights up the microphone is ready to use. You will need to adjust the individual handheld MIC volumes. (MIC 1 – 2 - 3 or 4).
  • You can do this by checking the number sticker on the handheld or belt pack MIC & referring to the number above the dials for the mixer then increasing or decreasing.

Example:  MIC 1 is too quiet and needs to be louder. – Find MIC 1 on the mixer rack and adjust the volume knob until the desired volume is achieved.


Computer (Desktop)

  • Power on the desktop & monitor.
  • Log in as your domain account or use the visitor account details found above the rack on the wall.
  • Ensure the audio output on Windows is set to ‘LS830 (Intel(R) Display Audio.’
  • Before altering the volume on the mixer please ensure the desktop is at 100% volume & then adjust the volume knob on the wall to the desired volume. 
  • The desktop is routed through ‘PC’ on the mixer, adjusting the dial will alter the playback volume


Projector

  • On / Off buttons can be found on the wall plate above the rack & are labelled.
  • Raise & lower buttons can also be found here for the projector screen.
  • By default, the projector is plugged into the laptop and will mirror the display.
  • If there is no input showing on the projector, ensure the projector is on the HDMI input 1.
  • Using the supplied controller to select input, please select HDMI 1.                                              
  •  If there is still no display on the projector, please push Windows Key + P on the laptop keyboard. This will display a panel on the side of the screen, then click Duplicate.
  • The projector remote can be found in the AV cabinet draw


CD Player

  • Power on the CD player.
  • Insert the CD you desire to play and use the next, previous or pause function to cue the track.
  • The CD player is routed through CD on the mixer. Increase or decrease this dial to adjust the volume playback.
  • The CD Player remote can be found in the AV cabinet draw


DVD Player

  • Power on the desktop & monitor.
  • Log in as your domain account or use the visitor account details found above the rack on the wall.
  • Ensure the audio output on Windows is set to ‘LS830 (Intel(R) Display Audio.’
  • Before altering the volume on the mixer please ensure the desktop is at 100% volume & then adjust the volume knob on the wall to the desired volume. 
  • The desktop is routed through ‘PC’ on the mixer, adjusting the dial will alter the playback volume
  • Please use 'VLC Media Player' to playback DVD content. (NOTE: Please ask IT to import your DVD to the network)


Bluetooth Audio

  • To pair a new device, please push and hold the pair button for 10 seconds. You will hear an audible beep & the pair light will begin to flash.
  • Select Bluetooth settings on the device to be paired, then select ‘DN-200BR’ and pair to this device.
  • Once connected, you should now be able to play music through the AV system.
  • To alter the volume, you can use either the dials on the device or look for 'BT' labelled on the mixer, increase or decrease this dial to alter the playback volume.


Mixer

  • Here you will find all the input volumes for the Microphones, Computer, Bluetooth audio & CD Player.
  • The volume knobs should be set at the 2 - 3 o’clock position for a reasonable level of audio without distortion.
  • On the far right by the power switch, you will find the master volume knob. This should be set to the same position to ensure a normal audio level.
